The authors are invited to submit full papers describing original, previously unpublished, complete work (not currently under review by another conference/ journal), up to six pages in IEEE double-column format including figure, results, and references. All accepted & presented papers of the Conference by duly registered authors, will be submitted to IEEE Xplore Digital Library for publication and will be Scopus indexed.
